Delivering Baskets to The Amen Center
We received several boxes of cereal and bread from a church that had given out 140 food baskets on Friday and had several boxes left over. They called and asked if I had someone who could use the food items. Read More

Inching closer to 50 baskets given out!! PTL!
I was able to deliver 2 baskets today–one to an elderly man who is having a hard time and the other to a family of 4 that was burned out last week. I had one more for another family of 6 but they had left the motel, hopefully I can get it to them in the next week. I also was able to pick up a few more items for the baskets and located some less expensive baskets closer to home.
A local paper will be taking pictures and doing an interview next week. Hopefully this will bring awareness to what we are doing. Read More
Delivered 8 Baskets One April day — No Fooling!
We’ve had a very busy last 3 days getting 8 (yep I said 8, as in eight) baskets ready to go to the Chaffee Senior Citizens, Foster Grandparents group of SE MO, East Prairie Seniors Nutritional Center and The Amen Center of Delta all in one day. I also mailed out a smaller box to a family of four who had been burned out of their home.
Family Basket Delivered
We delivered a basket to a family with six children this week.
Thanks go out to Diane Hull and Erica Church for getting it to them and all who are helping us!
God Bless!
Report of Thanks
I just want to update you on a couple of things. We sent out two baskets last week to an elderly lady and a couple that had lost work. We received back the most precious thank you card and the report of a touching response they gave to Myrna (who delivered the baskets). She was greeted with tears of gratitude and thankfulness along with the question, “How much do we owe you or what can we do to repay you”?
Her response was, “When God has blessed you fill a basket, pass it on.” That is what I truly want to happen! I would love to have this spread all over with others passing on the “extras” to someone else in need.
Thanks again to all who are helping and supporting! God Bless each of you!
Storms Bring More Needs
Delivered two baskets this week with two more getting ready to go out next week! Also have two others I want to get ready for the week after that and then we have several boxes of books, milk, and some baskets we are taking up to the Amen Center next weekend.
Baskets Going Out Two by Two
We had two more baskets picked up today for a widow and a couple living on very limited income and struggling daily. Thanks Myrna for seeing the need and letting us be involved. I also will have two more baskets to deliver Tuesday before work and I’m trying to gather up some items for another two baskets to deliver later in the week (hopefully)! My shelves are starting to slim down but I know God is faithful to meet the need!
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Heb 11:1.
I know in Whom my faith is and I will not doubt or fear.

Delivered 2 more baskets
My Mom, sister Diane and I delivered 2 more baskets today to The Amen Center in Delta, MO.
We experienced mixed emotions as we went into the facility. To see those who are in such dire need was overwhelming and heartbreaking, but then to meet the residents and see how loving and grateful they were for the donations of the baskets was humbling. Read More
