Our Project Christmas Baskets is underway! Our donation thermometer is moving on up!We got a donation tonight for $35 to cover one basket. We have $386 total donated so far for the project. We have started ordering items for the Christmas baskets and sending out letters to organizations, churches, businesses and friends in the area to help us meet our goal.
Friends already have offered to help us on December 8, 2012 to make bows, pack baskets, and load and deliver them. The countdown is 54 days until we deliver the 100 baskets to the senior citizens complex. I am excited and expect to have more than 100 baskets to deliver that day!

With the economy on the decline, we at LBFOL are moving onward and upward to help those who are in need.
