Spring will be here before we know it and we’re getting geared up for Spring Clean 2013 on April 20 where we will be delivering 200 Laundry Baskets Full of Love!We are in the process of getting names of families and elderly citizens who would benefit from a basket. On April 20, we will deliver to several different towns in our immediate area. We are so thankful for those who are helping us gather up needed items, cash donations and names for the project.
We received 73 items this morning and last week, which brings our total of items donated to more than 1600! Thank you so much to R&D, B&G and D&L. God bless each of these couples for their willingness to gather up items for us to give out to others who are in need.
We also delivered a basket last week and received a card and phone call expressing thanks. The lady on the phone was very appreciative and wants to help in some way. She is gathering names of some in her town that can use a basket.
