We are just a little under a month until PCB 2013. We are getting items in, marked and ready for our December 7 delivery date. Several of you havecommitted to help fill and deliver the baskets on that day. We will have around 240 baskets to fill and deliver to some very deserving senior citizens for the Christmas holiday and we will hit the 1000th basket delivered since beginning in September of 2011. Thank you to everyone who has helped get items ready, stuffed envelopes, made bows and donated items, money and time. We couldn’t do this without all of you!
We will be starting at 8 AM on Saturday December 7 at the UPS hub at 117 Larcel Dr. in Sikeston, MO. If you need directions please contact us through here or the LBFOL Facebook page. UPS trucks will deliver the baskets and volunteers will follow in their personal cars. At Spring Clean 2013 earlier this year we filled and delivered more than 350 baskets starting at 8 AM and we were all finished and back at the building by 1 PM. PCB 2013 should take about the same amount of time. We look forward to seeing you all there!
