We took a few days to visit my brother, look for deals and attend some awesome services in the Springfield/Branson, MO area. I am so excited about what is happening and is going to happen with LBFoL! The past few weeks have been very interesting and exciting all in one! God is connecting the dots on some very exciting things to come!
While over there I was able to pick up some more baskets and items for the baskets. When we got home today and checked the mailbox I had received the nicest thank-you card from one of the local families that had received a LBFoL a few weeks back. As I read the card and letter the tears began to flow as I read how one basket given in love to a family that had lost employment and were going through a very hard time, had blessed them tremendously! She wrote
“How wonderful that our lives and hearts can be touched by total strangers! Every single gift in the basket is being used and each time we use something we are reminded of your kindness. The deciding of what to actually put in the basket covers many areas of daily use–even the ‘laundry love basket’ it came in. Just to let you know the basket was on my list of things I needed when it came to us! Thank you and God richly bless you all.”
For my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in Glory by Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:19 I thank God for His direction and direction me when I am making up a LBFoL.
